Amy, I have to agree completely.
Keep in mind that System & Server Administrators get paid good money. We pay our tier 2 techs more than what you're asking for, and your position would be higher.
When an employer looks to hire someone for a position like that, they want to know that they're hiring a responsible person, who is willing to do the work.
This is where the problem came for me. When I had found your thread, my intent was to provide you with the job you were looking for. However, you seemed very unwilling to cooperate, or even put in the time to write an effective or even appropriate resume, and this alone turned me away.
When a potential employer sees this, they can only assume that if hired, you would also be unwilling to cooperate, or put time and effort into your job.
In my opinion, you should really take onederlnd's advice, it will help you more than you know.
