Court ruling made clear that Lindows.com can continue calling their product Lindows.

Microsoft still objects of course, cause they feel it might confuse people (Lindows vs Windows) and that it might damage the good name (HEH???) of Windows...

As for me, I think this kind of name-stealing marketing techniques are just not ethical and of course publicity is what they tried to get out of this whole scandal and legal case.

Lindows succeeded and gain more value out of this.

Yes it is unethical, it's very unethical - but what can we do about it?

Doesn't their top nav bar menu .... look very similar to the one of Apple?

But I was actually also looking at some screenshots of LindowsOS... and it doesn't look too shabby.
Seems quite nice, and easy to follow and all.
