Strategic acquisition merges Omnis Network’s 20-year legacy with JetHost’s high-performance technology stack, promising significant upgrades for existing customers.
JetHost, a fast-growing web hosting provider built on the philosophy of "Honesty Over Hype," is proud to announce the acquisition of Omnis Network, a veteran US-based hosting company and ICANN-accredited registrar established in 1999.
This acquisition marks a major milestone in JetHost’s expansion, incorporating Omnis Network’s extensive portfolio along with its independent brands Little Oak, Carat Networks, BlueGravity Hosting, AM Hosting, and AmeriNOC into the JetHost family.
Unlike typical industry consolidations focused solely on market share, JetHost is leveraging this acquisition to deliver a massive technological leap to Omnis’s long-standing user base.
“We aren’t just acquiring a customer list; we are investing in the potential of thousands of websites that deserve better performance,” said Metodi Drenovski, CEO of JetHost. “Our goal is to be the ‘Master Mechanic’ of the hosting world transparent, skilled, and focused on fixing problems rather than upselling. We are thrilled to bring this approach to Omnis customers.”
A Seamless Transition to Modern Tech
JetHost has confirmed that no immediate changes will occur for Omnis Network customers. Services, billing, and support channels remain uninterrupted. However, the company has unveiled an ambitious roadmap to migrate Omnis users from legacy architectures to JetHost’s modern enterprise stack over the coming months.
Key upgrades for Omnis customers will include:
Enterprise Speed: A transition from standard Apache/HDD setups to LiteSpeed Enterprise servers backed by NVMe storage, designed to handle traffic spikes without the "sluggishness" often associated with older shared hosting.
WordPress Excellence: Access to the WP Toolkit, one-click staging environments, and advanced caching protocols previously unavailable on the Omnis platform.
Enhanced Security: The deployment of Imunify360, offering proactive, AI-driven defense against malware and brute-force attacks.
Commitment to Transparency
A core driver of this acquisition is JetHost’s commitment to replacing vague "unlimited" policies with clear, guaranteed resource specifications.
"We believe customers should know exactly what they are paying for," added Drenovski. "By moving Omnis users to our platform, we are replacing ambiguous 'fair use' policies with guaranteed CPU, RAM, and process limits, giving business owners the predictability they need to grow."
