What is the best place to find some nice looking invisionBoard skins that are easy to customize? or rather, whats a good place where I can learn how to customize the look of IPB forum? I saw this really neat site...wish I had bookmarked it. Anyways, it is allowed to make changes to IPB as long as I dont mess with the copyrighted stuff and remove their links/references right?
