1. shared ones, share a server with others. Cheap, and many compaies supply unlimited storage & bandwidth. But there is a CPU and RAM usage limit. fit for personal and small business sites.
2.VPS, more expensive, no too much limit. for advanced sites.

add-on domain means another domain that point to your site. 2 domains can point to same site or different 2 sites.

normally, pay via credit card and via paypal. depends on company.
