I still see many hosts don't use CloudLinux, Why is that?

I’d just like to update everyone who read my reply, as it is no longer accurate.

The issue of the price still remains, however I do now have CloudLinux on my servers.

We only use CloudLinux on our WHM servers which have lots of anonymous clients. If on one of our own dedicated systems, or for a client with their own dedicated server, we do not make use of CloudLinux, as it can cripple an active system, and for the most part, if a configuration is setup correctly, the times when CloudLinux is activated is when something is going viral, which then loses traffic. CloudLinux is best left to "police" clients that may either abuse a system, or do not update their systems, and blocks their accounts from running amok in a situation where they acquire a virus and are start spam balling
