What do you like best about your training? Are you working with any weapons? I used to work out six days a week for approximately four hours each night - kata, heavy bag, sparring - I was constantly bruised up.
My favorite part is working on the techniques. Whether its kata or sparring. I really enjoy researching and learning about different ways to do the same things. Not everyone is built the same so having multiple ways to accomplish the same goal is key!
I do work weapons: Nunchuku, Bo-Staff, and Sai's . Kamas are 4th Degree Black Belt stuff....too advanced for me (for now)
