If it helps at all, I don't know what you mean by "place start of php in my html area" means either (and I was the one helping you on the thread.
Now if you had said place "php.ini" which is what you had originally written in the first part of the thread, well that's a different story. "php" is, for all intents and purposes, a programming language. "php.ini" however is a file used to modify the system variables that execute the php code within a site.
This thread has bounced around a little from how to upload a php.ini file, to using .htaccess files, what's sFTP and then ssh/shell was introduced.
SO, to answer the ORIGINAL question posted - you can modify php by uploading a php.ini via cPanel's File Manager, by using FTP to connect to the site, or using sFTP if your host permits it.
