Matt here, founder and sole operator of RackWorks.net
I have been building this thing from the ground up and I am genuinely proud of what it has become. Colocated at Detroit-iX in Southfield, MI, running a fully custom KVM/LXC provisioning stack with a PHP billing portal I wrote myself. Stripe, PayPal, Bitcoin payments, one-click app marketplace with 49 apps across 7 categories, automated provisioning, ticket system, real-time analytics, live chat. All of it built in house.
No reseller panel, no WHMCS, no shortcuts. Every line of code, every feature, every late night debugging session was me. Most solo operators do not even attempt this level of infrastructure.
I am not trying to be the biggest hosting company in the room. I am just doing what I enjoy and having some fun.
Good to be here.
