How to optimize Nginx over Ubuntu

I'm setting up Nginx server, and currently it's performing are really low.

I have a strong server (12c, 32Ram, 1gbps) and I want to make sure my Nginx is tuned to utilize 100% of the server.

Can you point me to a good book/tutorial/scripts for this optimization? The stuff I've read so far didn't move the needle...

What control panel are you using? Plesk, cPanel, DirectAdmin or none? I would also recommend using LiteSpeed over nginx if that is a choice you would consider making.

There are also a lot of good tutorials for setting up gzip compression, configuring caching correctly etc for nginx. Here is an example:
