how to get more traffic to a website

There are a few basic things you need to do for traffic generation:

1. Have a good website (looks and content does matter)
2. Post relevant and updated content on a frequent basis
3. Make sure your website is SEO friendly
3. Make sure you have enough Social Media presence.

It takes time to build website traffic but it you should be able to gain consistent traffic through the above methods.

You, fake it off?
Do,..visitors feel regardless?
Then is like sectaniarism and that is not proper towards god eyes,its enough to provide functional service,and in my opinion is just that,the rest is just bitcharianism

We are active on Twitter, Facebook, G+ and LinkedIn, yet all our customers come through sites like HD and WHT. Social media might bring traffic, but no real conversions (exceptions here and there)...

Yup, put an ad in Adwords, throw money on the bids and you'll get tonnes of traffic and 0 orders.
Your website needs to convert. Give those visitors a reason to give you their money.

Tried all them also with adverts on forums and no conversions, i now get more customers using ebay and even adverts in show programmes that i pay upto £100 a page when i do country shows/summer fairs. I have even had orders placed from ads i did 4 years ago and i will still honor any discounts as to me any order is money in the bank.

So its pretty much bullshwittt what the mate said that it was an urgefull mandatory to have the social networks presence on ursite,what for if they dont convert to sales_?
