How to block PayPal fraud/Scam orders and then unauthorised paypal claims

Hi,

i'm getting lots of paypal orders that order vps for a month, after that month i'm getting unauthorised paypal claims

because hosting is a digital goods, we can't get a seller protection from paypal.

i try to use maxmind but it didn't help at all.

what can i do about that ?

It really sounds like you need to review your order processing policies and procedures and tweak your MaxMind and PayPal account settings. Trial and error is a MUST.. Once you have done this correctly to suit your business, you will stop worrying about unauthorized PayPal claims and fraud orders as you will quickly identify them and flush them out.

I've used PayPal to sell goods since 2003 and MaxMind for almost 5 years and can tell you it does work and PayPal is on YOUR side, not the fraudsters. You just have to learn the game it's all.
