How often do you backup your PC?

How often do you backup your personal PC?
I dont backup that often but have been backing up for the last few days now before I change from xp to 2000.
Didnt think it would take so long to put everything on to CDs but its taking a lot longer than I expected.
I have a huge amount of data on my PC though, 3 hard disks to backup so you can imagine it takes a long time.

Actually what I do, is I have two hard drives in here, and when I find something I NEED to keep, slap it on the other drive and I never format that unless I have everything saved somewhere else.

I never back up my PC...I dont know why...I think because whenever my PC gets very slow I simply get a NEW one

The best thing would really be to have a backup device. I've seen some pretty cool ones for mac now. You tell the backup software what folders or files are to be backed up and then when you press the small button on your backup device it automatically transfers all the data. 350 GB space.
