By offering a great uptime and stable service. The best support in the world doesn't help a company who has server problems 24x7. I'd rather have my service up then being called by the support dept. Every 5 minutes telling me what exactly they are doing to bring my web site back up.

Well said... After all what is the hosting all about? Its about having websites up and running for as long a period as possible... I know what you mean and I hadnt thought of it from that angle!

I think that's the next direction for hosting companies; not specifically SEO, but hosting as part of larger service bundles.
