How do you deal with stress

Hullo,

as for me:
whenever I am down or stressed -I listen to music (blues).Nature and animals also help me a lot.And I adb\vise people to communicate with nature more often...
 
Well it depends on what is causing the stress.

The other day, while shopping at the local mall, a man walked up to me, and tried to hand me a booklet about traveling monks.

He said that the book helps relieve stress, etc..and is esentially like Yoga. I said "no thanks." He said, "You've never had stress?" I said "Yes...I have stress right now." and he says "This book will help you to relieve that stress.

So I politely said "So does this..." and walked away, turned around and said "See, I'm feeling better already."

Now that is just .... Oh well, it's your life, not mine.


What do I do when I'm stressed out? Well... you can usually tell I'm stressed when I start clenching my teeth and closing my eyes a lot. Really though I don't do much more than that - I have not played sports for a long time, and really don't plan to start anytime soon. I don't have a bath; I do however have a shower and that really does not relieve stress. You just learn to live with it, and cope with it - in the end you depend on it, as it depends on you. In the end you'll find you need it. ;)
 
To relieve myself of stress, I go to one of my favorite restaurants, or even fast food chains, and order multiple favorite dishes and pig out! :).
 
By kicking the s**t outta someone. No, honestly I generally go for a drive whilst playing some loud music. Always help me relax.

Take a bath, a very hot bath as hot as I can handle. Then after about half an hour I find it hard to breath, I stay in still though untill I can take it no more. I then jump out nearly unconscious and fall onto a towel. For the next half and hour all you think about is the cool and breathing. It really works.

I too do this, sometimes I take my laptop into the hot tub ;)
