I think google helps but not in the required fashion for a person who is trying to look for a good host. It would first give you some couple of links which are sponsored. When I also tried this it gave some negative reviews about the host which I had short listed. But what help you the most are real facts from real people. I was lucky to get the help. So try to distinguish and do not make decision on one negative feedback. Every host has the positive as well as the negative side and end up getting positive as well as negative feedbacks.
