No, but we can manage the server for an additional 39.99USD which will include our support techs resolving, installing, and optimizing services in your Virtual Machine.
When is the support available?
Our support & sales team is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We can either be contacted through our Live Chat, Helpdesk, or by contact us Toll Free.
Can we use your services for DOS, Shells, or any other malicious activity? No, we do not allow these services on our servers. Clients found hosting the following will be terminated without refund.
How much is cPanel?
We charge 14.00USD per month for VPS cPanel. You may purchase the licence through us or another company.
Are your servers instantly deployed?
Yes, all our servers are instantly deployed. All services will be deployed within minutes after you are finished in the checkout. (Payment must go through and fraud check passed).
