I would like to open an advertising site for escorts, but to avoid any problem with the law in Italy (even if the constitutional court has already expressed in favor of one of these sites) I would like to buy domain and hosting to a person residing in a country where there is no problem, so here are my doubts.
Once the site is started, is there any way to be sure that the "nominee owner" does not approve of everything and "escape"? (I do not know exists I imagine an administrator password, can be substituted for both the domain and for hosting ?)

why would you not want the domain in your own rights?

If you are worried about constitutional court issues then this makes me wonder how legal is the site and your reasoning to have the domain owned by a nominee so that if their is issued then the domain owner is the one who will get into trouble.

For those residing in most of Europe (or even so much in the rest of the world) the site is totally regular, but in Italy even if as already said there is a sentence of the constitutional court in favor of these types of sites, you risk however having to go to court with all the hassles of the case

So as i stated you want the domain in someones elses name, so if it does goto court as the domain is in their name then they would be liable and in trouble and not you, so the risk is theirs and you get away free.

If there is nothing illegal then you should not be worried about to be a domain owner. If you are going to do some activities oppose to rules in the country then you should worried.

You could register a foreign company that does not have public information.

Then put the domain in that companies name. In Panama for example, it is very common to have a director of the company that you could use as well for the registration leaving your name off it, but retaining your rights to the domain as the owner of the company

This seems like an unsavoury website. I support charities which help trafficked people escape brothels and prostitution.
I'm not sure what kind of hosting company would want to host this, if you find one, I wouldn't trust them.

You should not be worried to be a domain owner. If this is legal according to law then do it by your self.
