I didn't know there was the whole series to that one. I remember seeing the first episode on YouTube, but I thought that was all there was to it. I watched the rest and I agree with GCSolutions - still very much relevant and funny.

As funny as these videos are, its true how much garbage IT departments take. I work at my School District, and everyday I am astounded how teachers with a 6 year college degree do not know how to operate a computer. You would think with a masters degree you would know the difference between copying files and deleting them! Then, when all their files are gone, they use us as scapegoats. :/

Just another day at the office I guess. Welcome to the world of Information Technology.
