I'll go one step further on the PCI Compliance in that not only does your host have to be compliant, your site have to be compliant, but starting in 2010 your SOFTWARE needs to be PCI Compliant (PA-DSS I think it is). Be on the watch out for shopping carts falling off the market as they're not paying the certification fees at Visa & Mastercard etc.
