I have never heard of this hosting company either. I just made a quick visit to the website and it loaded pretty fast. I am curious why email is the only way you can contact the owners.

They now offer Skype, but still hidden whois and still no address listed on their site, so they could in effect be running this from a cave in afganistan as far as anyone knows

It is easy to see that this is their marketing strategy. It is quite dishonest in a way and I do not like it at all.
