Have you ever lost Money in Internet?

If that was me I know i would burst out laughing....
After throwing them through my window of course ;)

How long ago did that happen?
How much did you lose?

Cant believe someone sent rocks!!!

Hmm - recall on cash as the bounce (when you throw it) speed didn't match that advertised in nano seconds - give em hell and make sure eBay know they sold 'rocks' as I'm pretty sure there are clauses that prevent even eBay from being 'not responsible' for something like that.

MaTriX you have to see a funny side to that now hehe
Hard to understand that someone actually sent a package with rocks in it if they were just scamming you.
Maybe they did do it because you couldnt take action or complain to eBay, maybe some kind of loop that they found inthe terms..

I forgot the mention a chargeback, I have only ever had one.

And it was someone that had an account for 2 or 3 months.
Someone signed up on my site for an account, the CC details were entered and the info for their account was sent via email.

Then a few months later I get a chargeback from 2CO.
I tried contacting the account owner, emailed and phoned, no answer.
I sent about 3 emails and gave them all details I had about the account creation.

The only thing that could have happened was if someone setup the account with his CC info PLUS access to his email...
Very unlikely

Never did get my money back for the chargeback (Around $25 I think) and for the account
