Google Penalize sites using Adwords

Google offers Adwords service, why would Google penalize the websites using Adwords. It will affect Google's business, it will not penalize the website. ;)
 
This page penalizes the webmasters who buy links. Google should penalize to Adwords advertisers through quality score.
 
Sorry I am not following. The thread title says: "Google Penalize sites using Adwords". Why would Google penalize website that use Adwords?

This has ZERO to do with AdWords and everything to do with blackhat seo.
 
I agree with the 7host. Tittle of the thread and its content has no connection in between. Although, the thread itself is pretty interesting. The form seems helpful to inform Google about those websites who buy or sell do-follow paid links to rank higher in search engine, however, this also indicates Google's tendecy to enforce webmasters to go for adwords.
 
This is becoming like a thread we can find all over the net these days, and when you take a look at some forums and blogs, you will find the same discussion but as mentioned, the core of the point is not about websites using AdWords because the JavaScript-powered commercial blocks of ads will not cause any problems whatsoever for websites but the main matter is about buying and selling links.

Google has already created a form for webmasters to report websites that are directly selling links to the companies and interested buyers and since it is against quality standards and norms of Google team, so the form is serving to let Google know of the violators otherwise hundreds of thousands of websites are monetized through AdWords and doing with no problems.
 
Wrong title as this was already stated above. It has nothing to do with Adwords.
If everybody would use this form to file a complaint against the sites stuffed with junk links I would say it is OK. I do not know how much harm would cause if it is not used with responability.
 
It might be possible that your adsense account has been blocked but your website can't be down due to adsense...
 
I have heard that not using adwords does penalize you in some of their algorithms, but usually not. having the crazy amount of ppc's or other ads on your site that makes it unreadable does count towards blackhat seo and gets you knocked down or even out
 
Google never penalize any site for using Adwords. It penalizes the sites which pays to get link juice and the site which was paid for the same.
