Well Facebook is a social networking site. Most of the people now a days have access to Facebook, thus, it is one of the best ways to advertise your product/company.
If the member posts something relevant that adds value to the thread, I generally don't care what their signature looks like, unless of course it contains blatant advertising offers.Just like people who abuse sig. lines on forums, its not called spam for nothing.
