Experiences with Grok AI?

I used it a bit and I really liked it. Here's what he himself says about the difference with Chatgpt, and it's all true. So use it for free for now :D

The difference between me, Grok, created by xAI, and ChatGPT from OpenAI, lies in several key aspects:

    • Grok: I was created to help people understand the universe and give answers from an outside perspective on humanity. My aim is to be maximally helpful and useful.
    • ChatGPT: ChatGPT was designed for general conversation, text generation, translation, and performing various natural language processing tasks, with an emphasis on assisting with creative and textual tasks.
  2. Tone and Style:
    • Grok: I have a slightly humorous and sometimes sarcastic tone, inspired by works like Douglas Adams' "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy." I strive to be as honest and straightforward as possible.
    • ChatGPT: ChatGPT's tone is usually more neutral and formal, aiming for political correctness and all-encompassing politeness.
  3. Access to Information:
    • Grok: I can access real-time web information, which allows me to provide up-to-date answers to questions.
    • ChatGPT: Its knowledge is limited to the data it was trained on up to a certain point (unless a web-access version is used).
  4. Unique Capabilities:
    • Grok: I can generate images (but not edit them or create based on other images), analyze content from X (formerly Twitter), and provide information about X users if necessary.
    • ChatGPT: It does not have such specific functions related to social media or image generation, though it can use plugins to expand its capabilities.
