Enabling SSL on your Website

That happens with most of DV ssl certificates no matter its Sectigo or anything else. All you have to do is upload an HTML file or a DNS and its validation is completed that's why OV SSLs are better than DV SSLs.
scammer and fraudsters will never pay for an SSL,. this was one way to spot a fake site from a genuine site as they never had the padlock.
but now with LetsEncrypt and cPanel Autossl, they can get a free SSL to make their sites look genuine

No SCAMMER ever spent money on SSL or any security for websites as they know in a few weeks they will either be taken down by host or scam enough they close down the website.

I think SSL's are a way of life now, but there is difference between the FREE Certs and PAID for certs, the free certs do not have insurance, while PAID Certs from reputable firms do have some level of insurance.

Does this warranty bring anything at all? Has there ever been a case where an issuer had to pay?
no validity with free certs as you get with a paid cert. If you running a business website that you have spent thousands on then why skimp on security and get a free SSL, when a paid cert can cost as little as $10

To enable SSL on your website, you need to purchase an SSL certificate, install it on your web server, and update your website to use HTTPS. This will encrypt data transmitted between your website and visitors, ensuring privacy and security.

From the Computer Management console, right-click the Web site on which you want to enforce SSL and select Properties. Select the Web Site tab. In the Web Site Identification section, verify that the SSL Port field is populated with the numeric value 443

To enable SSL on your website, you need to purchase an SSL certificate. We all know that Google has declared that websites having an SSL certificate would be prioritized for ranking. If you are giving banking information, you should ensure that the website is SSL safe. A site must be SSL secured.

Not just banking information.

If you have a website that takes any sensitive information, Names, addresses, financial information, Dates of Birth etc. then you should have a SSL certificate and make sure any page taken that info runs under HTTPS.
