Dynamic images with forum stats?

[BlackStorm]

Anyone know how to make the dynamic images which have the statistics for a forum?
The text on the image updates when the stats of the forum changes.
I would like to do one for HT to show the forum stats in a sig image

That sounds cool. Sounds more like the work of a script though. Hot Script
