Domain with Domain Ownership Protection

Does anyone know how to find the owner that has a domain with Ownership Protection?
Some one told me that he found something like this because in the time between registration and enabling the protection ownership the details are available and records are being made.

If I understand the service you are describing correctly it is that of ID protection rather than the service outlined by go daddy which is coined Ownership Protection which simply involves locking the transfer or modification of the domain as long as the domain is set to auto renew.

ID Protection simply replaces the users details with that of their providers details and an email address, such that messages are passed to the domain owner via their provider, said email will change upto 7 times a year to avoid spam.

If this is the service your are trying to bypass, there are two approaches:

  1. If ID protection is not purchased with the domain often the records can be acquired via sites such as domaintools who store historical WHOIS data (fee involved).
  2. The alternative is to contact the provider directly, however unless the issue is that of a legal nature I would doubt many providers would provide any details.

That is the case a legal issue. A client filed a charge back and after 2 day he was selling my script.
Not paying and selling without my authorization ...

I apologise if this is incorrect, however I presume you mean buying your script and then requesting their back to return the funds (charge back) ? then further selling on the script.

If this is the case you may request the details in the pursuit of a damage/theft case however such a request should be made by your legal representation as to confirm that the request is for legal proceedings and no other reason.

You could perhaps however contact the site owner via the generated email as they will still receive this messages however I am doubtful in such a situation that you would reach a resolution.

Domain updating time changes on whois inquiry even if you change DNS or update any single work in whois information. So, you can not do it through time.

Only way is through observing the details. Specially the contact, it does not like a real one in case privacy is enabled.

This is not plausible correct. There are some websites out there that will "Cache" a earlier version of your domain name's whois, and at that time they will capture your address information etc, but that is if you actually did not get a Whois privacy protection. As of now I do not know of any websites that do that, but i have seen some before. These websites are rare, therefore most whois websites will show the latest whois information of you domain name.

If you are trying to bypass the Privacy setting on a domain name, There really isn't a way to do it with out a court order. You may get lucky and get cached information on other sites but who's to say thats the correct information. But privacy on a domain name is just that to keep people from seeing the information regardless of the reason. But there are legal means to bypass it.
