I found this software at ebay. Can a computer program really give that kind of info accurately?

It's hard to tell what kind of questions it asks on the picture, but I can't see a question asking what the tld is. I think that is very important. I think a .com domain would be worth more than .ws if it was a good one, etc.

I dont think it would be accurate at all Im afraid.
Too much things to think about and I would say it would give an appraisal which is too high for all domains you put in.
Its hard to sell domains for their appraisal amount these days, a lot of people would buy domains to sell on but it could take a long time to sell them

A domain is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. No software can value that.

I think appraisal software is full of crap.

You could own the domain M.tv but its not worth anything to me because I wouldnt use it for anything. However Im sure the tv station MTV would pay hundreds of thousands maybe even a million. Get what Im saying?
