Do you like Google's new look?

Yeah, the left bar is out of Google's character. I was doing fine with the look as it used to be. I find this change to be unnecessary and a step back, but it's not enough to make me stop from using Google.
 
I still have a preference for the old look. But i remember thinking the same with Facebook sometimes it takes time to grow on a person.
 
I cannot stand the new design. It makes it harder to find some of the features I'm used to-like pages just from a certain country, or the strict filters. I much prefer the old way, though I'm sure in time I will get used to this.
 
I like the fact that Google finally stepped up to the plate and changed that old design. However, their free services and whatnot offset that.

The new design is great. The logo seems to be much more high-rez and less pixelated. They even changed the mobile design as well. I'm always mobile with my Google Phone so it makes it that much better. :)

This is what is most surprising to me personally. Why not give such an option in search engine settings is beyond me. Clearly they have been receiving emails with negative feedback from a bunch of users.

I personally learned to live with it and as with anything else, kind of starting to get used to the idea of having more search tips in the left sidebar. But would still prefer an option to disable it.
 
I'll ditto liking the old design better - hate the left bar, find it a bit too cluttered, but it's still a great search engine and so I'll still use it. It's just really jarring.
 
lol, i like the simple feel of google, and the bar i dont like it much but maybe Ill start liking it once I need it hehe. You should be able to collapse the bar if you dont want it during your searches :)
