Too much downtime, sometimes even an hour of downtime. Unfortunately, attacks happen far too often. From my experience I would say they provide okay service but have many issues to improve.

I've been to there site before, its a site that has the capacity to web hosting yet as to what others commented the downloading is too slow that it might take for hours..and there are times that you won't be able to log in easily.I'm not sure if its a software error for that matter.
Most content may be corrupted due to slow downloading system.
