DNS in Kloxo reseller ?

I was given this Kloxo reseller account to testing some sites. The guy told me to set an A record using the IP, when I asked him about DNS.

The domain is at Godaddy. How do I do this ? :confused:
 
I used Kloxo panel some time ago.. When you use hosting you should transfer DNS to your host NS. With Kloxo you have to transfer to server IP address.
 
Yeah that's what usually do but in this case, he told me he just use A records not NS.

This is what I don't get. How do you it just with A records.
