Have any one of you have ever used this support system for you webhosting service. Its free so i am thinking i am gonna take it. What do you guys have to advice???

They look pretty new, Not always a bad thing but i think you should maybe hunt around a bit more. You could maybe consider cerberus they offer a free version, and its truly great.
