Basic:

cell phone if one or a few of the services go down), and server
reboots if needed (submits reboot tickets automatically if server is down).
* regular security audits;
* software updates, including kernel updates.
* No hours of custom work, basically if the customer wants any
additional help, they pay me extra, fee is $15/hour for this service.
That is why it's Basic package.
Ideal for lightweigth customers, who don't need any hand-holding and
are proficient in using WHM/CPanel, and don't have busy servers.

* optimizing server for best performance
* 1 hour of custom server work per month (installing modules upon customer
request, additional software, doesn't include web scripts
installation).
* Guaranteed problem solving time - 24 hours. This doesn't include
emergency cases, where help will be given as soon as possible.
Ideal for customers who are proficient in WHM/CPanel, but have a
little more work to do on the servers, that requires admin
intervention and/or have busier servers, that may require performance
fine-tuning to make sites load faster.
$60 a Month.
Professional:
* all features of Advanced
* but instead of 1 hour custom server work, there are up to 3 hours per
month, also Instant Messenger communication available for such
customers.
* Guaranteed problem solving time - 8 hours. This doesn't include
emergency cases, where help will be given as soon as possible.
Ideal for customers who may not be as proficient in WHM/CPanel and
need help with a few things in WHM/CPanel account management, etc.
$100 a Month.
