if you are in online business you must be ready to answer the worst question that might come up. by this way they will visit your site frequently.
 
It is good to have customers ask you questions; this is your chance to make business. Help the customer as much as you can, hit the strong points, and you might just win over a new customer. You may have to answer stupid questions but it’s all worth it. Not to mention you may build a good name for company.

I agree!!! Actually the question from the customers is the chance to prove your strengths. You can win the trust of the customer at the first visit itself.
 
In order to prevent getting lots of queries through to your contact area regarding what package is correct for them, the best thing to do is have it described on your site in as plain english as possible.

A lot of hosts tend to use a lot of technical jargon to advertise their packages, which will mean your contact area will get battered with wanting lamens terms explanations.

Spend a day or two looking at your sites wording in what it offers.

Investing time in this way will mean that later on, you can focus attentions on the areas of the business that you need to, rather than repeatedly responding to queries that could be answered without interaction.

Its a fact that everyone ask questions not only because of confused. The only thing is that you should be true to them. That is the best business promotion technique. Be trustful.
