Common reseller accounts

Hey

What kind of specs do most clients signup to on a reseller account. Is there one size of account that gets more sales than another?

When I did reselelr accounts I used to sell a lot of 1.5GB space, 25GB transfer for $16.95. That came with WHM, 2 nameservers, 2 ips for shared hosting.
