Chat software for site

for sales and live monitoring we have been trialing something called ZopIM which is a free (currently beta) live support client that allows for multiple users and many of the other functions can be used inbrowser and also the interesting part is it allows multi user via most IM Clients.

An example being a member of staff using skype and one useing msn, both would be messaged of a request via im and ether would be able to respond.

pefect for sales support and a number of large providers are currently using it.

LiveZilla seems to good but taking huge resources some time,which result in high server hold If you have dedicated server then you can have a real check if ten of clients use LiveZilla then real server load will go bit high than usual
 
the chat software issue is still there for me...i tried a few ones and came down to comm100.com and livezilla, the features of livezilla are very good but they take huge resources and slows my site....and so I am in search for lighter one and that is supported on php.
 
I am still shocked that after all this time I could have been using LiveZilla earlier. I guess its good I had a chance to test out others, but really, there is no point anymore. Unless LiveZilla freaks out and starts doing weird stuff, I am sticking with it.
