Cannot start Openvz

After installing solusvm cannot start openvz vps which i just created.
I dont know what step is missing even searched a lot.

Have you installed ploop? If not, install the ploop package.

If you don't have much technical knowledge just open a support ticket for solusvm. They will fix it for you. Anyway let me know your disk partition sizes
