yes you will get ex-clients/competitors try and send abuse reports to have you shut down.

we termianted a client for non payment and he took offence at this and started a hate campaign against us on many forums and even abused us on live chat etc. he even tried to use mcafee site advisor against us, saying he had bad shopping experience using the same words on all the domains he could find under our name, he even had bad shopping experience on domains that had and never had any sites associated with the domains.

I am not sure how effective that software will be on our forum as every account is manually reviewed during the registration process.
