Billing software

Bad thing about WHMCS is the support. Their support is slow, very slow some times.
I have an open ticket for 4 days, and its not solved yet... all they asked from me was a whmcs test account and ftp account. After I provided them with these I got no news about the issue, no updates at all....

+1 for WHMCS, go for it with out any doubt. It is a bug free software and also very easy to use for both administrators and clients.

We use HostBill, I'm liking it more than WHMCS to be honest.

Any specific reasons why? - I like WHMCS, but feel that we are starting to out grow it - looking at ubersmith but its too expensive i feel - its almost like we ned a middle ground or something

i recommend use WHMCS because its very easy to use i am using since i start the business and i never face any problem its reliable

It is simple because when a software can give you all things you want with perfection, why would you leave and try some other?

Indeed. Testing new software is usually time and money wasting. There are hundreds of reviews on the web and just choose the most common and best tested option.

I would say it really depends on the services you intend to offer and making sure your billing system can support those services. But with webhosting I would recommend WHMCS all the way.

WHMCS does an excellent job and is designed specifically for people in our field of expertise. Integration is easy and painless and comes well documented.
