best wiki

Well it might not be all related but anyway just wanted to ask those with some experience in collaboration tools.

What is the best - easiest to use wiki application out there?

MediaWiki is my favorite...I don't run any sites on it, but localhost testing makes it look good. And the WikiPedia uses it.

Don't mean to divert the thread a little since you've chosen, but does anybody use TWiki regularly and fairly intensively? It seems pretty good too.

Haven't used it here, but find it hard to believe anything is easier then pmwiki. Well they are all probably the same in terms of ease of use.
