Best way to mirror a site without Raid

Hope you all can offer some tips. I have a customer on one server that wants to pay me to mirror her site on my other server, she has a very busy forum for WAHM's and need to to stay up as much as possible.

Now what would be the best way to do this as far as DNS is concerned?
Do you just list the additional NS at her registrar or does that create any conflicts?

Go look through the archives on "Linux Magazine" they had a artical about that about 3 - 4 months ago. I don't have it anymore but they had a lot of different ways to do it with wget, ftp and so on.
