Best VPS for CPanel?

Really depends on the VPS provider how they slice up their resources (RAM/CPU). If the contention ratio is 1:1 then 1GB RAM and 1 CPU should be enough for a cPanel VPS.

To work good have to have at least 1GB RAM and the best friendly OS sistem is Centos.

I think 1 GB ram for cPanel server is low
I recommended 2 or 4 GB RAM VPS with SAS or SSD storage
