Best Strategies for SaaS Sales Outreach

Hi everyone,

I’m exploring ways to improve lead generation for my software startup and wanted to get your insights. Specifically, I’m struggling with the effectiveness of saas cold calling as part of our sales strategy. While email campaigns and social media outreach have shown some results, cold calling seems hit-or-miss.

I’m curious about best practices, scripts, and timing that have worked for others in SaaS. How do you approach prospecting without being pushy? Are there tools or techniques that increase connection rates?

Any advice or real-world experiences would be hugely appreciated!

From my personal experience working in different companies and being one of the operators who called on requests, I can say the following:

1. Buying a customer database is not the best idea because not everyone will be interested.
2. Run social networks and promote your products there
3. Leave the opportunity for clients to apply for a call, and only when they fill it out, then call

Cold calls are becoming less and less in demand, and it is better that it be only at the customer's request.
