Best billing and account creation???

MB and CE both are good billing softwares and are user friendly but CE lacks some key features.
I would highly recommend MB because it is flexible, robust and helps in long term growth. MB supports eNom.

I have been very happy with clientexec and have had no problems with it. Maybe as more activity occurs in the next few months something may happen, but as of now, its been great. :)
