QuickBooks or Invoice Ninja are two options. Compare them and see which one is better for your work.

We use our billing system Blesta for our invoices and they generate invoices when they're due with the cron job.

We are using Upmind billing software, it's basically a SaaS platform, which will let you manage all your clients billing on automation.

If you are in hosting industry, you can use various types of softwares for this auch as WHMCS, Blesta, ClientExec, etc.

Or if you in different industry, then you can use CRM tools.

Not a data leak, Solusvm needed access to the Blesta VPS control panel they own to try and resolve a bug, that account Paul made for them was compromised. That means it’s an internal SolusVM employee going rogue or there’s a security issue in SolusVM itself to let the hackers get the details to login. It’s not a Blesta security issue so my customers are fine 🙂
