We shall all just have to sit back and watch how things go. I know on arvixes blog a week or two ago, they still had a post up bashing EIG for their uptime and provided unique coupon codes from some of the major brands.

Just found this on WHT

never thought the bad service would start so soon
There have always been negative posts here and there about Arvixe (not saying they deserve it). Now that EIG bought them, the same issues will be blamed on them. And the only thing that has changed is a piece of paper. Another demonstration of the troubleshooting skills and analytical minds of the self-proclaimed experts.
But you have to admit that service on any EIG acquisition does down downhill fast
From our experience.
Doing business with anything EIG is as bad as flying on a 13 hour overnight redeye sitting next to someone that hasn't has a bath in a year and hasn't brushed their teeth in 2 years and is sitting there eating an onion.
Ouch. Brutal.
Well Brent if you have been in the hosting industry as long as me and some members on here you will know what happens to any company that is taken over by EIG.
They go downhill fast
I have been in the hosting industry a very long time. 15 years.
I just don't do much in the shared sector, which appears to be what EIG is trying to gobble up.
Have we seen any additional reports of service problems since the acquisition?
Not every customer of a company acquired by EIG should panic, the buzz is created by other web hosting providers to steal clients by offering refugee coupons. EIG acquires companies however tries to keep same management and staff! They do move customers account to their data centres and had couple of issues in their data centre in past. But lets be honest, which provider does not face a technical issue couple of times a year?
Business is business; he sold up thats the entire point of starting the company. to be rich somehow.
Nothing has actually changed since the acquisition, we still have the same management, same teams/departments etc
Are you hosting with us?
