Are you LLC?

I am gonna have to second Artashes, nothing personal against you AlexCourtney, but INC./LLC'ing not only seems to be the logical process, it's also a responsible choice.

This is synonymous of driving around without auto insurance (even before it became the law); it's not the wisest thing to do.
 
We operate our hosting business as a division of our LLC. As businesses go, hosting is perhaps less risky in terms of liability than some others, but I still wouldn't do this as a sole proprietor.
