Alibaba Cloud: who tested?

Anyone tested Alibaba cloud?

I personally don't like Alibaba.

One of my friends said, admin panel is very slow and instance take time to launch.

But, why would you like to buy Cloud Server from Alibaba when there are better providers for it?

Due to their recent offer? They says USD 30 year is 84% off. So after first year goes up to USD 187.5 year.

also why look for a cloud provider in China which will be running on the state run Chinanet network which is the largest source of worldwide spam.
