Consider trading services to reduce your advertising budget. This is done everyday cross industry.I think you have to have a huge budget and be ready to drop a lot of money up front for T.V. to work. Same with radio. A lot of the business there comes from repetition and time. If you don't have the capital, it doesn't pay off too well.
